Resident evil directors cut is close to the exact same as the original. Though they changed it to make it better like more costumes and difficulty settings. This game is very different, I will list the differences.

-Auto Aim
This is the first game to have the auto-aim feature (aka gun aims autimatically).

-Forrest
Normally forest will just lay dead, but in this one there is a great new feature. You guessed it already, zombie!!!. Although for some reason I was playing as Jill and I did it twice, the first time I grabbed the grenade launcher, then went to grab the nect item next to him which turned out to be the armor key which is a different placement, and he turned into a zombie and I fought him, then left the room Barry was in the main hall and gave me the acid rounds, later I died and restarted, I entered the room and Barry was there, we talked and I got the grenade launcher but then there was no armor key and forrest didn't turn zombified. I am trying to find why this happened.

-Berreta
The color on the berreata (handgun) has changed, its colors are now silver barrel and brown handle.

-Item Move
Many items have moved to different places. Such as the wooden emblem is not in the dining room, the broken shotgun is where the chemicals were.

-Music
Lots of the music has changed. The main hall music has changed to what seems like a RE:CV room theme music. Also when the ceiling starts collapsing on you, it plays a fast pace electric sounding music.

Platforms: Playstation
